Aspergillus sp. from human ear

A 55-year-old woman visited my clinic owing to right ear itching and fullness for >3 months. She had no ongoing systemic disease. Under inspection, much spores and hyphae could be seen with bare eyes. This photograph shows a piece of crust and there are hyphae and yellow spores on it.
